It's been a while (only two days, dude) since my last post here. Actually i have a bunch of photographs that i've taken on the street at the last weekend, but kind of busy of these moving home thingy. But yeah, don't make any excuses, it's bad for business.

Been a while (only two days tho...) from blog. last weekend been not that busy but was pretty productive since i've went on street hunting at the early morning (no so morning, i guess..) on both saturday and sunday morning.
I don't know when and why but today i was reminded about things from a few times ago, it was about sweet spot on lens.
Today's afternoon was so beautiful since from a few weeks before it always dark and rain. To me, a beautiful sunrise and sunset will always be a big mood boost for every thing especially my mood on visual. Alhamdulillah.
Location, lights, and angle just a few major things that so affecting on how we do the post production.
Back in the days when i started to knew photography, my first camera is an analog camera. Therefore, i never forget the quality and the beauty of film photography. And that feelings about film photography was kept carried away until i've got my first DSLR.
Just for your information, i am truly a moody guy, last month i can be so crazy about film look photo tones, last year all i photograph was a macro flowers, and my current mood today is all about black and white.
Lately, i've been following an Instagram account called @bnw_legit, it's an account that featuring other instagrammer who has the same interest in black and white photograph.
Most of the picture are so freaking awesome, it's was so easy to hit the love button on every IG post. And you know what...i want to do the same.
What i like about film photography is how imperfection it is, like human. And it's getting more exciting because it also capture the feelings.
I watch a video on youtube, it's interesting for me because the video maker try to deliver a message about what she thinks about social media these days and what she found about herself in art and architecture which i believe is her thing.
i can't tell you all of it but the core of the video, the message about it was that the social media is too loud, too much demanding about attention, the noise from it doesn't make us inspired but precisely make us lost in a mainstream and losing our true identity as a unique personal just because we think we 'should' follow the stream.
But...
I have this weird coincident from watching youtube videos. as usual, i always save a few videos into offline mode so i can watch it later on the office (because the signal there are 'super awesome'). and today i save two videos and both of videos are telling the same thing which is 'to be yourself'.
Stumble upon found a blog called: SFT (Searching For Tomorrow). i found it at bloglovin because i always try to find a new blog that focus more on photography and not too much writing.
Today i'll share a few photo from my first BW film, i remember that my first BW was using the Lucky BW 100. At the time, it's pretty cheap so i decided to bought it.
Hehe...
For me i still counting about the prices because i still have this limited budget for photography purely amateur / hobby.

There's a lot of interesting project idea in my head that i want to make it happen.
...but i just didn't.
One of many raw idea is to capture stranger's portraits and ask the person a few good question for the writing side of my photoblog and hopefully i can get an interesting stories from their backgrounds.
Yesterday i've been sharing photographs of my bro's wedding day. Today will share the another moment that i've been taken at the same time at the same place, only not the wedding itself.
Today is the day i pick up the result of my first roll of film on a Ricoh KR-5
and its failed.
All the 36exp is over exposure almost white and the lab people said that it can't be scanned.
i'm not that disappointed because i aware that this could be happen. This is a part of the unexpected of using film.
So yeah, first roll from Ricoh is total failed.
But this time i will share a bit of good moments from my brother in law's wedding day. click jumps! below for more.

Here it is, i am at the point when my photo stock is out. I had no new photo to share here on blog. Actually, today i was hoping that i can share my first roll of film using Ricoh KR-5 but the studio guy tell me that i will get it tomorrow afternoon, not today.
At that afternoon, i thought with that kind of grey and dark clouds will ended with rain, but somehow i feel that the rain will fall not in that afternoon. So i choose to go to that park and documenting things around.
I'm pretty happy with my mood on photography these days, it has more balance. it's like when you are not in the mood on one particular style or photo tone, you just turn to another account and do freely with it, it's like hit the refresh button and your mood are back in time.
Actually, i've been run out of new photo stock but thank God for the past few day the weather is pretty good, and this afternoon i can take a few shoots on the street, the location is at Monumen Perjuangan Park.
