Lately, i've been following an Instagram account called @bnw_legit, it's an account that featuring other instagrammer who has the same interest in black and white photograph.
Most of the picture are so freaking awesome, it's was so easy to hit the love button on every IG post. And you know what...i want to do the same.
I watch a video on youtube, it's interesting for me because the video maker try to deliver a message about what she thinks about social media these days and what she found about herself in art and architecture which i believe is her thing.
i can't tell you all of it but the core of the video, the message about it was that the social media is too loud, too much demanding about attention, the noise from it doesn't make us inspired but precisely make us lost in a mainstream and losing our true identity as a unique personal just because we think we 'should' follow the stream.
But...
I have this weird coincident from watching youtube videos. as usual, i always save a few videos into offline mode so i can watch it later on the office (because the signal there are 'super awesome'). and today i save two videos and both of videos are telling the same thing which is 'to be yourself'.
Stumble upon found a blog called: SFT (Searching For Tomorrow). i found it at bloglovin because i always try to find a new blog that focus more on photography and not too much writing.
There's a lot of interesting project idea in my head that i want to make it happen.
...but i just didn't.
One of many raw idea is to capture stranger's portraits and ask the person a few good question for the writing side of my photoblog and hopefully i can get an interesting stories from their backgrounds.
Today is the day i pick up the result of my first roll of film on a Ricoh KR-5
and its failed.
All the 36exp is over exposure almost white and the lab people said that it can't be scanned.
i'm not that disappointed because i aware that this could be happen. This is a part of the unexpected of using film.
So yeah, first roll from Ricoh is total failed.
But this time i will share a bit of good moments from my brother in law's wedding day. click jumps! below for more.
